Free International Shipping

Bocan Couture offers complimentary international shipping via DHL.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means:
•    All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
•    If the customer refuses delivery for any reason, duties and taxes remain payable.
•    Returned shipments due to unpaid duties will incur additional return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees, which will be charged directly to the customer.

Processing & Transit Times

Each Bocan Couture piece is carefully handcrafted and dispatched within the production and shipping timelines communicated at the time of purchase.
•    Transit time: Approximately 2 to 6 working days after dispatch.
•    Tracking number: Shared via email once the package is collected from the Bocan warehouse by DHL.
•    Orders can be tracked directly through the DHL tracking portal.
Customised Orders
Delivery timelines for customised or made-to-order pieces depend on the specific design requirements and client requests.
Production typically takes approximately 3 weeks, however this may extend depending on:
•    Production availability
•    Periods of high demand
•    Holiday seasons
•    Ramadan or other seasonal peaks

International Shipping Disruptions & External Circumstances

From time to time, international logistics may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
•    Geopolitical developments
•    Airspace restrictions
•    Government regulations
•    Security measures
•    Temporary suspension of courier services to specific regions
In such situations, international carriers including DHL and other logistics partners may temporarily suspend deliveries to certain destinations.
Where shipping services are officially paused or restricted:
•    Orders destined for affected regions may experience delays, even if production has been completed within the promised timeframe.
•    These disruptions are external and industry-wide and do not reflect delays in production or fulfilment by Bocan Couture.
•    Completed orders will be securely held and dispatched immediately once courier services resume.
•    Clients will be kept informed and updated whenever information becomes available.

Refunds & Order Handling During Service Suspensions

Where delivery is temporarily impossible due to courier or governmental restrictions:
•    Orders remain valid and reserved for shipment once delivery routes reopen.
•    As this is a temporary and officially suspended courier operation, cancellations or refunds related solely to the shipping pause may need to be reviewed once delivery services resume.
