Please note: We do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange only for once within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer an exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
-Unused with original tags on
-In their original condition
-In the original packaging
Bedding collection items are not eligible for exchange.
Personalised measurement designs are not eligible for exchange.

All exchange requests must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for both-way shipping fees (sending the item back and receiving the replacement).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Gift Orders
If your order was received as a gift, our standard policy applies. Refunds are not available. We are able to offer a one-time exchange between designs, provided that the customer covers the applicable shipping and tax costs
Note:
Color perception may vary between screens and lighting. Slight variations in color are not considered defects.
